What makes Beck ’N Call different?

We don’t just pour drinks — we create an experience. Our bartenders bring charisma, interaction, and a touch of showmanship that keeps the energy flowing and guests engaged. What types of events do you service?

We specialize in weddings, milestone celebrations (birthdays, quinceañeras, anniversaries), corporate functions & fundraisers, house parties, and even private mixology classes. If drinks are being poured, we’ll raise the bar.

What kind of packages do you offer?

We keep it simple with three options:

  • Basic Bar:Beer, wine, soda, and up to two signature cocktails
  • Limited Full Bar: Basic bar + 4 liquors of your choice
  • Deluxe Bar: Our “all out” package — unlimited cocktail & mocktail creations and more variety than any other mobile bartending company offers.

Can I customize your packages?

Yes! All of our packages can be customized to fit your preferences. If you have favorite liquor brands or special requests, just let us know and we’ll build your package around them. From top-shelf labels to unique selections, we’re happy to tailor the bar so it reflects your taste and vision.

What other services do you offer?

Beyond bartending, we offer a variety of upgrades and add-ons to make your event unforgettable. Some of our most popular include:

Can you do signature cocktails?

Absolutely. In fact, we included 2 signature cocktails in all of our bar packages. From a couple’s his-and-hers drinks at a wedding to custom creations themed around your quinceañera, milestone birthday, or corporate brand — we love designing cocktails and mocktails that feel personal. Add a custom topper (your photo, monogram, or logo) for a “wow” moment guests won’t forget.

Do you offer Mocktails?

Absolutely! Every one of our bar packages comes with plenty of non-alcoholic choices. Our mixers and juices give guests a wide variety, and almost any cocktail we serve can be crafted as a mocktail instead. With the Deluxe Package, the combinations are nearly endless — we can mix and match to create hundreds of unique, alcohol-free options.

All packages also include regular and diet sodas, and for those who want even more, we offer hydration stations, coffee bars, and other non-alcoholic add-ons to keep every guest refreshed and included in the celebration.

Do you have a bartender-only option?

We’ve found that the very best guest experiences happen when we provide the full package — not just the bartender. Our all-inclusive liquid catering setups mean you don’t have to worry about a thing. We bring the bartenders, bar equipment, ice, cups, napkins, garnishes, mixers, décor, and lighting — everything needed to keep your bar smooth, stocked, and stress-free.

  • We bring double the estimated supplies so we wont run out
  • A bar setup that’s polished, professional, and a centerpiece of your event

Do you really bring everything?

Yes! Every package includes:

  • Bartenders (TIPs certified, charismatic, and ready to entertain)
  • Professional bar setups (front bars, back bars, ice bins, chill barrels, tool kits)
  • All Beverages (based on the liquid catering package & services you’ve selected)
  • Garnishes and supplies (cups, straws, napkins, etc.)
  • Décor & Lighting to match your event’s style
  • Insurance coverage (we carry $2M general & liquor liability)

What if my venue has a bar?

We always bring the core equipment needed to run service smoothly, even if your venue provides certain items. This ensures everything is consistent, reliable, and ready to go.

And don’t worry — our pricing doesn’t change based on what a venue has or doesn’t have. All of our packages are all-inclusive, so you never have to stress about equipment, supplies, or hidden add-ons.

Can you match our theme?

Of course! Your bar shouldn’t just serve drinks—it should set the scene. That’s why every Beck ‘N Call package includes a stunning array of décor and lighting that transforms your bar into a focal point of the celebration.

From sophisticated elegance to rustic charm to a high-energy club vibe, we customize the look to match your theme and bring your vision to life. Here are just some of the items you’ll choose:

How many bartenders are included?

We always staff a minimum of two bartenders at every event to keep service smooth and efficient. The exact number depends on your guest count, drink menu, and style of event, but as a general rule we recommend one bartender for every 50–75 guests. This ensures quick service, happy guests, and plenty of energy behind the bar.

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes! All of our bartenders are TIPs certified in responsible alcohol service. By law, we must check IDs for anyone who appears underage and will politely refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid identification. We also monitor consumption to make sure none of your guests surpass their tolerance level.

Are you insured?

We carry $2M in general and liquor liability insurance for your peace of mind, and we’re happy to provide your venue with a certificate of insurance upon request.

It’s important to note that all liquor liability policies (not just ours) require certain standards designed to keep your event safe, compliant, and stress-free.

  • All alcohol must be served by a BNC bartender — no self-service.
  • For open bar events, every drink must include a mixer – no straight liquor shots or drinking games.

How far do you travel?

Travel within a 100-mile round trip is included in our pricing. Beyond that, it’s just $2 per additional mile.

Can I extend bar service?

Yes! All of our packages include up to 5 hours of bar service, which covers the vast majority of events. If you’d like to keep the drinks flowing longer, service time can easily be extended for an additional fee.

How do I book?

  1. Submit an inquiry with your date, venue, and estimated guest count.
  2. We’ll send a detailed quote.
  3. Once you select your services, we’ll issue a contract and payment schedule.
  4. Once your contract is signed & deposit is received, your locked in.

What happens once I book?

  1. Contract & Deposit – Sign your contract digitally and secure your date with a deposit.
  2. Booking Confirmation – You’ll get an email confirming your spot on our calendar.
  3. Reminders Made Easy – Automatic email reminders (“ticklers”) will keep you on track for any future payments.
  4. 30 Days Out – You’ll receive our detailed questionnaire to finalize guest count, timeline, décor preferences, beer, wine and signature cocktails choices and everything else bar related.
  5. 20 Days Out – Your completed questionnaire is due, and we’ll have a final call together. If there are changes to your guest count or services, we’ll revise your contract at this point.
  6. 10 Days Out – Your final balance is due.
  7. Event Day – We arrive early, set up, and provide a smooth, professional bar service your guests will rave about.

Can you provide a cash bar?

We offer cash bar service for a non-profit organization’s fundraiser – otherwise we provide open bar service only.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We’re happy to extend savings in a couple of ways. Clients who use one of our preferred payment methods (Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle) receive a discount, and we also proudly offer an additional discount to first responders and active military personnel as a thank-you for your service.

Is gratuity included?

We offer two easy options for gratuity. Some clients prefer to include it in advance so everything is covered up front. Others choose to allow a tip jar at the bar — in that case, we simply add a smaller gratuity to your package, and guests are welcome to contribute more if they’d like.

Either way, your bartenders are taken care of, and you get to decide the option that feels best for your event.
