We first got in touch with Beck ‘N Call because we knew we wanted an open bar at our companies Christmas party last year. Chris guided us through planning out the details of our bar menu, giving us lots of helpful tips and advice, as well as providing us with a detailed shopping list. This made everything really easy on our part - all we had to do was buy the alcohol, mixers etc. and get them to the venue ready for Chris and her staff to work their magic. On the day of the event, they arrived early and did an amazing job setting up, mixing and serving drinks to our 280 thirsty guests. Many of them mentioned to us just how good the bar staff and drinks were – even asking for contact information so they could book them for their own upcoming events. We used them again this summer for our companies BBQ and already have them booked for our upcoming party this Christmas. If you're planning a bar for any event, we highly recommend that you get Chris involved as soon as possible. She's very experienced, not to mention so helpful and super friendly. If you want all the stress taken out of planning and running a bar, you won't regret going with Beck ‘N Call Bartenders.

Beck N Call bartenders are exactly what they say they are! With our wedding hosting 160ppl they kept up with all of our crazy guests and hosted them like it was their own party! OMG - These guys got me out of a real jamb. I mistakenly hired another company assuming they were certified and insured. One week before my wedding the Venue called stating they needed the bartenders credentials - it was only then I found out the other company I hired didn't have the liability insurance the venue required. I was in panic mode. Luckily Beck 'N Call came to my rescue. The very same day I contacted Chris she emailed the venue everything they needed. The day of the wedding they arrived early to setup and provided outstanding service to my guests - who absolutely raved about them. They were professional, yet funny and engaging. I'm actually glad the first company didn't work out. Everything happens for a reason !!

Incredible Bartending Service Having Chris as our bartender from start to finish was a great experience. From day 1 reaching out for a quote to post wedding clean up she made the process incredibly easy. She will handle any curve ball or weird request and also go above and beyond. She helped us decide how much to buy and helped create 2 signature cocktails that people are still raving about a month later. Could not recommend her enough.

I originally booked BnC bartenders for a class reunion in late September. We paid a deposit of $1200. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel in June. We asked for a refund for services not rendered. Chris canceled our contract and has not responded or refunded any of the deposit. We dont have $1200 to just give away. We are awaiting response from the BBB. If considering BnC bartenders, please find a more reputable and respectable company.

Chris and their team were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Our guests are STILL talking about them!! The drinks were top tier, the service was phenomenal, and the vibes were up all night!! Chris even went as far to include our fur babies on the drink menu! The set up was definitely not what I expected, in the best way possible! Even through the pouring rain, Chris set up the most stunning bar I’ve ever seen. We added the love potion shooters and it was a blast. Everyone had such a great time and Chris made it happen!!
