We don’t  “Nickel-and-Dime”  our clients –  staff, equipment, supplies, décor, lighting, travel, and insurance—everything you’ll need is included in BNC’s Bar Essentials so your event runs flawlessly.

A great bar isn’t just bottles—it’s people, planning, gear, and a look that belongs at your event. That’s why every Beck ’N Call package includes our Bar Essentials: the non-negotiables that make service smooth, lines short, and photos gorgeous. No piecing things together. No “oops, we forgot ice bins.” Just show up and celebrate.

What’s Always Included

….. In Every Package

These are the must-haves we bring to every event—no add-on required.

  • Bartenders — We always provide a minimum of 2 bartenders for VIP service – staffing is scaled to guest count, timeline, and menu complexity.

  • Setup & Breakdown – We arrive early to unload, setup your bar, organize supplies, stage backups and add decor & lighting. When bar service ends we breakdown, pack and load all the equipment, supplies & decor followed by a though cleaning of the bar area to venue specs.
  • Professional Equipment — All of our equipment is designed with speed of service & guest experience in mind.  We typically provide a 2-Tier front service bar, 3-tier back bar, side tables, chill barrels for wine, a 4 section freeze box for beer, service and storage ice bins, speed rails & liquor racks, bartenders tool kits & more.  Equipment is scaled to guest count and menu complexity. If your venue already has equipment, we’ll supplement as needed.

  • Supplies — Ice, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, napkins—we bring roughly twice what we estimate so you never run low.

  • Décor & Lighting — Designed to match your theme, vibe and colors. Signage, flowers/foliage/vines, statues, lanterns, candles, LED accents and more. We’ll discuss all the options during our final checklist at 30 days out.

  • Flow & Staging — Bar placement plan, guest queuing, stations optimized for speed, back-of-house organization for restocking.

  • Compliance — TIPs-certified staff, strict ID checks, no self-service, & we monitor consumption to prevent “party fouls”.

  • Insurance – We carry $2 Millon in both general & liquor liability insurance
  • Travel & delivery — 100-mile round trip included, then only $2/mi beyond.

Translation: you won’t be scrambling for gear, décor, or ice. We bring it. We set it. We run it.

    Yes—$2M general & liquor liability, and our bartenders are TIPs-certified.

    How far do you travel?
    100-mile round trip included; beyond that, it’s only $2/mile.

    Can you match our theme/colors?
    Absolutely—lighting, signage, props, and garnish styling are all customizable.

    Will we run out of anything?
    We plan aggressively and bring roughly double our estimates so while we can’t guarantee we won’t run out of a certain mixer or such … it’s extremely rare.
